the house project.

It certainly is nice to think that I have a house to go home to. Especially if it's yours. With that said...

Well, as you may or may not know, my parents are on the verge of building their house. And I'm thinking of posting updates related to the said process.

I'm currently determined to do this. Hope those who read my blog, could bear with all this.

Fingers crossed.

If you must take a look, our house looks like this (I got this earlier during the day):

It has its own charm, doesn't it?

Little by little we'll be seeing developments, and you'll see those here.

Excited! ^_^

the ultimate team building.

My team had our first ever team building/outing. The planning started last year, when everyone was still high on getting the team jackets. Also resulting from a very bitin but still enjoyable RedBox Christmas Party.

Originally we wanted it to be in Cagayan so that we could experience the white water rafting in Kagay River, but given the circumstances, all agreed to have it in Bohol instead. I've been to the island numerous times, but I'm not complaining. Really. Bohol is a very nice place. What lures me to this tourist destination are their very charming tarsiers and breath-taking chocolate hills. If you haven't gone there yet, you should.

So, after months of organizing, the day finally arrived! We never thought the day would come. But there we were, aboard the OceanJet vessel bound for Tagbilaran, basking in the sea breeze! :)

We arrived at our resort, making ourselves comfortable. The next day, the trip began, with everyone cramped into a nice van, making very loud noises, singing, drinking, laughing, etc.

Here are some of our captured moments:

--at Pier 1 on our way towards the OceanJet waiting area--

--me with one of my babies aboard the OceanJet--

--a welcome sign waiting for our arrival! sweet! :D--

--at Tagbilaran's BQ Mall making some last-minute shopping for our 2-day stay--

--posing for the camera before starting the Bohol whole-day tour--

--taking a breather in between tarsiers--

--sunkissed and chocolate hills-kissed! ^_^--

--taking over the blind masseuse's places--

--bugwak!--

--my turn! introduction of light--

--taking turns in posing with the life-size tarsier--

--the Loboc River Cruise Experience!--

--the Zipline which has a breath-taking view of the Loboc River--

--the famous Man-Made Forest. very cool! :)--

--taking a break at the park across the Baclayon Church--

--the view behind the Blood Compact Site--

Everything was a whole new experience with my babies, and everyone enjoyed every bit of it. Especially me! Till next time! :)

Believe in Me.

A smile upon my lips
Tends to last
Passes through my mind
The memory of the past

People change
As time flies by
Chances will be taken
Won't say goodbye

Deceit scares me so
But all is true
Can't turn away
Being tasteless won't do

Tenderness comes from within
Mutual affection is fate
Torn between goodbye and I love you
It's for us to bring hate

the avengers.

Yes! We watched the movie the other day. And it was great! A lot of flavors mixed into it, not forgetting the audience would not only want action but witty bantering too.

You should watch it, as the reviews for this movie are good. Not to mention the most memorable Hulk and Loki scene! Hilarious, if you ask me. :)

moalboal trip with team gidlay.

Summer would not be complete without the B's: beach, boys, bathing suits, beer, and lastly, bffs.

The so-called Team Gidlay went over to Basdako, Moalboal to relax under the sun, drink, and bond.

--junecee and raffy making themselves comfortable at our rented room--

--I'm so giddy during this time, and I think this is because of the Ni Hao Ma thing..haha--

--the session begins!--

--with nadere--

--all smiles!--

--the fishes have feathers, as mykee claimed..tsk2..--

--posing, posing, and posing..--

--trying very hard in taking nice pictures--

--basking in the sun and smiling while at it--

--a view of the beautiful beach--

--the videoke sesh, early in the morning!--

--here he goes...!--

--a dramatic walk on the beach--

--then came the pictorials--

Looking forward to the next out-of-town gig. That's 22 days more to go! :)
